I stayed here for a month while my hubby was recovering from a lung transplant at the alfred. He was there probably 10 days. The room is very spacious and has everything you need, bed was very comfortable, linen needed replacing with fresh linen as it had a smell, which I had to take off and wash. It was great having the washing machine and dryer, although in bathroom. ROBERT WAS SO HELPFUL HE GOT US A APARTMENT AT THE LAST MIN WHICH WAS LIFE SAVING. THE APARTMENT WAS SPOTLESS WE FELT SO SAFE. EVERYTHING WE NEEDED WAS THERE ROBERT TRULY THOUGHT OF EVERYTHING. HE WAS ALWAYS JUST A PH CALL AWAY I HIGHLY RECOMMEN Rockmans APARTMENTS I've never done a review before but I had to this one cause it's a 5 star in our eyes..also a Hugh thank you to Gioana your very kind 😊 when my husband has his heart transplant we will be back ❤️

Very comfortable and well appointed however having the shower over the very high bath and the very wide fixed glass shower screen making access to the shower very difficult, an accident waiting to happen. Staff were very helpful

I chose this apartment due to needing to stay close to the Alfred hospital and somewhere that would have an open space for a toddler. I can’t recommend Rockmans enough. Robert was an amazing person that help us feel welcome , everything is close by for dinners to coffees. Trams are just down the road to take you into the city. Most importantly you are close to loved ones in the hospital.

We sadly had to cancel our booking with Robert due to lockdown. Although we had free cancellation, the booking platform showed a high non-refundable service fee (despite Covid). Robert very kindly telephoned them, no doubt with lengthy wait times, and insisted on a full refund for us due to lockdown. An absolute gentleman and I would highly recommend him as a host who clearly cares about his customers. Thank you!
