I highly recommend Rockman Windows and Doors. I had a very tricky situation with a Weather Shield vendor install that went awry but Jason and his team came in and saw me through this to completion. They are so professional and really care about the human experience as well as providing excellent products and service. I am grateful to have found them to help me through a very sticky situation with a Weather Shield product that was installed improperly.
This company provides top notch sales and service. Rockman has you covered from Long island, New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island and beyond. The years of experience that they have for architects and builders along with homeowners is downright refreshing.
Rockman windows has been a nightmare for us. I do not recommend buying anything from them. Their service is horrible. We have been waiting over 10 months for them to service the doors at one of our projects. They can not handle the service end of their products. Do not waste your time with them. They are used car salesman.
