There is a gap between my bathroom vanity and the wall with trash in between the gap. They refuse to fix and report it’s not a construction issue and that several homes have this same gap. Just sloppy work and I refused to purchase from Them ever again.
Rocklyn Homes, builders of Renaissance at South Park do not up hold their warranties. In February 2020, I had a roof leak on a new construction home which resulted in having to have a hole cut out of my ceiling. They drug their feet on fixing it so long they refused to complete repairs, using Covid-19 as an excuse. I have gave them grace but every follow up with Haley, was an different excuse.
