Torque converter failed on my Sierra 1500 and sent debris all through my transmission. They took the time to discuss the potential repairs needed, and made me feel confident they knew what they were doing. They towed from the dealer at no charge. They did their best to keep the price down despite it needing more parts replaced than originally thought.
