I would give 0 stars if I could. Stay away !!! The manager is a vindictive person who will make up complaints just to get you out. She did that to my neighbor and when he was in bay area for 10 days she put 3 complaints on his door saying he was smoking . I fell through the balcony and I injured my Achilles tendon permanently. Stay away! 3 different rentals have all moved out this week due to black mold that they refuse to acknowledge let alone take care of. We’ve had the top floor leak thru bottom floor twice and they never took care of it correctly. Carrie has the worst attitude and does not know how to treat tenants. Numerous cars have been broken it to and stolen yet Carrie refuses to let another tenants know until you chat with them.
