I attended my first group workout class today and absolutely loved it! The instructor was fantastic and guided us from start to finish. The environment is very supportive and motivating. Highly recommend!

Awesome workout with different muscle group training each day! The coaches are energetic, motivating and shows you the proper form. This type of work out regiment is much needed especially for someone like me who likes to train with others, and the music is so energizing too!
