Awesome lab. I go there a lot and I'm greeted by courteous and knowledgeable people evertime and never have to wait very long
Fast and professional service. No complaints and I will use them again. Plus, the location and parking is very convenient for Rocklin patients.
The lab staff lacked professionalism and empathy. The phlebotomist left a huge bruise on my arm. Absolutely unacceptable! Someone needs to either provide further training or replace them with people willing to do this job. I would NOT recommend this lab location to anyone!
I've generally had great experiences here, but today, 2/2/2024 at 11am I did not. Lab tech/front office clerk who attempted to assist me needs additional customer service training. (Asian or Hispanic male). He insisted on interrupting me and was not actively listening to the information I was providing him at all, leading to a frustrating and unproductive conversation. I hope his management will see this and work with him to provide better patient experiences.
