Worst customer service I have ever had. Tried to order some arrangements for my sisters baby shower and when I asked a simple question, the lady at the front seemed like she would have rather been doing anything else then help me. I know I was there an hour before yall closed but still no way to treat a customer. Had to take my business elsewhere, didn’t need their bad energy in the flowers for my sister. Also been told by many people everyone here is rude, I should of listened.

Was almost a customer, even though I heard many bad things about this location. When I went to visit the shop, I walked in and the staff was very rude. I said I didn’t know what type of flowers or arrangement I wanted at the time and when I was asking them questions they seemed irritated by my question and just wanted me to get out of there.

Bought flowers from here for my father’s funeral… not only did they show up late but they were the completely wrong flowers and arrangements. When I expressed my concerns to the workers they started to raise their voices at me saying they didn’t do anything wrong, even when I showed them my receipt and that the order they brought didn’t match the one bought. They didn’t even offer a full refund, my husband had to intervene to at least get some money back. Would not recommend.
