Waited 6 months for an appointment, it was made a tele appointment. I did the test the day before and it worked fine. Then the next day a different person told me not to use the pc, so I had to switch to a phone for the appointment. Then when I had to try to make the audio work, Dr. Rosenthal told her to hang up and she said she would refer me to someone else - didn't want to wait for us - too much trouble.
