Living south, I hate this location.
Lots of great stuff for the beginners and on up. Helpful staff got me what I needed not just what I thought I wanted. Only regret is that it is so far north of me.
So my review is specifically about store in Round Rock Texas. I have done business here since store opened. Prior I just went to web and made my purchase. First of January purchased Jet 16/32 as it was on sale. Was told Jan 12th, you can pickup. Jan 12th manager calls tells First second week of February. Customers should expect reasonable wait time but being a bank for corporate should not happen. Management after me saying unacceptable. Went to San Antonio and brought one back. Great.
