During the phone call I mentioned the item I bought went on sale a week after I bought it. Without me asking he offered to refund me the difference in the sale price! Two hour drive for me. But I will def be going back again.

This store has the nicest & kindest Gentlemen working there. My daughter & I were treated like Queens, we will return.
Never order hinges from this place. Totally incompetent.
John and his team are the best there is in this business! They are always helpful to me and make both my wife and I feel at home! I have been a customer of this store for a while and currently, John is helping me on a complete shop make over using many Rockler products, as well as other quality products that they carry.
