Well stocked for your hobbyist to professional woodworking needs, and with a knowledgeable staff including Dominic the customer service-friendly store manager. It's a frequent stop for me, much to the dismay of my wife and our savings.
Amazing guys running this place. Wish all stores had the same friendly and insightful service! I'd give it 10 stars if I could!
First time to Rockler but definitely not my last The guys working were very helpful in answering any and all my questions I will also sign up for a class or two I purchased son beautiful Maple, they also were able to cut it to fit in my car A+ service and experience Worth the 90 min ride
The sales people at the store were fantastic. I thought I was not going be able to find a part to my drum sander, but they had it and they gave me a full reimbursement on the wrong part that was originally delivered. A pleasure to deal with. It was also my first time at the rockler store. I’ve always done my shopping there online. I was like a kid in a candy store.
