The quality of recently purchased 1/2” thick mahogany boards, advertised as S4S, was awful. Two of the three boards were warped or twisted beyond any useful purpose. The very helpful staff were kind enough to quickly send me two replacements. Unfortunately, they too are so warped that I am unable to use them for my project. After again contacting customer service, they cheerfully offered yet another set of replacements.
