I had a job in hot water today when our vintage discontinued Porter Cable router failed. Eric really knocked it out of the park, I couldn't ask for a more knowledgeable or helpful salesperson. I Ieft with two viable options to save the job and I know exactly who to call in the future.
I drove a hundred miles to pick up a drill guide. They carry some nice precision machined tools. Very unique items, but smaller than the popular hardware stores. Too bad they don't have a store closer.
