The people that work there are always friendly and helpful.
I really wish there was something nice to say about this place. But there's really not. I guess they do have a wide selection of products available in the store that would be a positive. The problem is, for example a 30x60-in piece of Baltic Birch 1/2-in plywood here is $60 by the time you're done checking out, $59.53 to be exact. I buy a 5x5 sheets all the time from my typical supplier and I pay less than 30.00 a sheet for a complete 5x5. Everything in the store is severely inflated in price, and I do mean everything. Signed up for the cutting board class and no one was there. Waited outside in the Texas heat to see if the staff showed up but nope. A let down.
