EDITED PER POOR ROCKLER RESONSE: Response below is proof of the poor customer service. This order was expected late due to being oversold, so a far out date was given. Acceptable. What is not acceptable however is the day being pushed out OVER AND OVER AND OVER WITH TERRIBLE SUPPRT AND NO USEFUL INFORMATION PROVIDED BY YOUR TEAM. Awful to deal with. Won't fulfill orders. I wish I would had read these reviews before dealing with Rockler. Not worth it. SHOP ELSEWHERE! Can't fulfill orders they currently have, then marking the items on sale to get more orders is asinine. Support is useless.

Bought a workbench vise. The vise threads wear down and no longer work. Ask for a replacement part but get two different reasons Rockler can't send me a replacement part: "we don't carry that vise anymore" (they do); second attempt "we don't have any spare parts". Thanks for nothing, you won't see my dollar bucks again.
