I placed an order on September 6th, 2025, for several components of Rockler's Rock Steady stands, Order #S14437482, and confirmation number 11101774663. Two days later they cancelled my order without any information as to why. So I called the number identified in the cancellation and spoke to a woman. She explained that my billing and shipping addresses were different and that was the reason why it was cancelled. More specifically that it was a problem with my billing address. EDITED PER POOR ROCKLER RESONSE: Response below is proof of the poor customer service. This order was expected late due to being oversold, so a far out date was given. Acceptable. What is not acceptable however is the day being pushed out OVER AND OVER AND OVER WITH TERRIBLE SUPPRT AND NO USEFUL INFORMATION PROVIDED BY YOUR TEAM. Awful to deal with. Won't fulfill orders.
