I placed an order on September 6th, 2025, for several components of Rockler's Rock Steady stands, Order #S14437482, and confirmation number 11101774663. Two days later they cancelled my order without any information as to why. So I called the number identified in the cancellation and spoke to a woman. EDITED PER POOR ROCKLER RESONSE: Response below is proof of the poor customer service. This order was expected late due to being oversold, so a far out date was given. Acceptable. What is not acceptable however is the day being pushed out OVER AND OVER AND OVER WITH TERRIBLE SUPPRT AND NO USEFUL INFORMATION PROVIDED BY YOUR TEAM. Awful to deal with. Won't fulfill orders. I wish I would had read these reviews before dealing with Rockler. Not worth it. SHOP ELSEWHERE! Can't fulfill orders they currently have, then marking the items on sale to get more orders is asinine. Support is useless.
