I placed an order on September 6th, 2025, for several components of Rockler's Rock Steady stands, Order #S14437482, and confirmation number 11101774663. Two days later they cancelled my order without any information as to why. So I called the number identified in the cancellation and spoke to a woman. She explained that my billing and shipping addresses were different and that was the reason why it was cancelled. More specifically that it was a problem with my billing address.
