Senile Vet- Terrible Service I took my cat here when I first got her several years ago- the staff always smelled like cigarette smoke and were extremely unprofessional. The vet is senile and can barely see. My cat "had a bad reaction" to some sutures, but after going there several times, I wonder... Also, she had to have several surgeries and go back several times because there were staples and sutures that kept getting looked over. I would never recommend this vet.
Incompetent Veterinarian Practice. Especially Jim Berg. Jim Berg is not a competent Veterinarian. I took my dog to him since she was a puppy and when she turned 6 I had found these masses and took her to her âbelovedâ vet. YEAH RIGHT. This man found other serious things wrong and did do a biopsy, but then he blew us off. Here we are with our baby, thinking she is in the care of someone we trust and the only thing we learned is his knowledge is Greatly exaggerated. Great place for your Dog I visited Apache Trail Animal Hospital for the first time today and thought they were great! My dog needed a vaccination and they were able to do it right away. I liked the atmosphere.
Well I took my dog there for first 5 years of his life.Then a problem came up,and all blame was put on me which it wasnt me.They stopped seeing my dog,and not once have they called to see how he is.I thought they cared for him,but I was wrong. Dr Fox is a good vet,and always took care of my dog,and all techs I had were nice. My dog loved em all,and he loved going to the vet. I got my dog at 4 weeks old,and he went here all his life.I just dont see how they could treat him for 5 years,and not even call to see how he is
Reliable Vet Apache Trail was our vet for 3 years, and they took good care of our pets, including an emergency surgery that saved the life of one of our cats, who is still alive now at the age of 17.
My vet, my angel Dr. Karen Fox and her staff have taken care of our pets for almost 13 years. Everyone at Apache Trail Animal Hospital truly cares for animals and their families. I have never had a problem having a pet seen and have always been treated with kindness, especially in emergencies. Over the years we have lost 3 pets. I have seen Dr. Fox and her staff cry over my babies and they have been so supportive of us. I truly feel love and respect for them all.
Small animal care I have a 13 year old yorki that, at the time had no idea what was wrong with her. She was not able to walk..eat and was disoriented. Dr Karen Fox not only got her back in good health but her follow up is wonderful. I would say the pricing is a little high, but when it comes to family staying healthy.. you really canât put a dollar amount on trust, great bedside manner, and a piece of mind. Thank you Dr Fox and team for taking care of my kids at home and while away!
Michael I had a similar experience to the gentleman who was treated rudely by the vet tech. When I took my cat there for a second opinion, she thought my cat was going to urinate in his carrier ( because of his condition) and made a big deal of that. I would have cleaned up any urine- which he didn't. She consistently called him a different name and when they gave me syringes they filled with his medication, the fluid inside seemed to evaporate so there was nothing left to inject in him. The best vet in New Milford This vet is awesome. He is very good with the animals. He explains everything that he is doing and all of the treatment options. When my cat got cancer and had to be put down, he was very kind and considerate and gave us time to say goodbye. He then sent a sympathy card which I thought was a nice gesture. His office is always very clean and the waiting room is pleasant. He also does not charge an arm and a leg even when its outside of office hours. PROS: Affordable, knowledgeable, nice vet CONS:
