I was recommended from someone who works here, to have David Blumenthal help me get a car. I had a disappointing experience with David Blumenthal at the Toyota dealership. From the moment I walked in, his attitude was unwelcoming and dismissive. He seemed more interested in rushing through the process than addressing my questions or concerns. Horrible experience with this company! I was suppose to meet with David in order to ask for assistance. To start, he was really rude as he was trying to belittle me for trying to seek help. I simply was looking for some help with their product but he would respond with “why” “why do you want to know”. He showed no care in the world for who I was.
