Procedure went quickly and with minimal discomfort. Enjoyed conversation and information from doctor and assistants.
Dr. Beckett and her staff are always professional, kind and personable. I will continue to refer others to her because of this AND because they are always on time and don’t keep you waiting.

I specifically sought out a Black female physician, Dr. Natasha, hoping for real understanding and care, instead I got a doctor who spent the entire visit repeating things I had already told her I knew, never once said my name, and made me feel like a case number instead of a person. Typically, my spouse accompanies out daughter to her appointments, but last week I took her since I had the day off. Unfortunately, the experience with the administrative staff was highly disappointing and unprofessional. Prior to the appointment, I was assured over the phone I would have a one-week grace period to resolve a referral issue. Dr. Mahima Bhayana is the best doctor I’ve ever had. She was incredibly kind, thoughtful, thorough, and easy to talk to about my concerns. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk staff was quite different. As a new patient, I found them to be very unfriendly.
