They were all very busy but professional. They under promised and over delivered. Once I was taken back to the exam office, with not a lengthy stay in the waiting room, I was impressed with the speed of which I received the medical service. No wonder I have been a patient of theirs for several years. In addition, the pharmacy they originally sent my prescriptions to a pharmacy that completely had everything wrong. Office staff are efficient, pleasant & professional Medical staff are everything you would want in medical professionals
Everything was amazing except one thing. I was standing at the receptionist window waiting to hand in my paperwork and she was texting. Also, when I was checking in the person stopped working on my information to answer a text message. Other than that the nurse and NP who I met with were amazing and very efficient. I would go back again!
Very friendly staff from front desk to nurse to Dr , NP . Very fast but also attentive . Best urgent care I have ever been to !
