Excellent location for party!
This is a nice location to use for a party of 60-70, comfortably. You have use of the kitchen area and you can bring food in (no alcohol). There is a raised platform for a D.J. A decent size dance floor and a bar. The bathrooms are a nice size and clean. There are stairs down to the room, so it is not wheelchair accessible. Use of the bathrooms are up some stairs as well.
