I’ve been coming to this branch for about a year and I’ve only ever had great experiences! They have a great staff that always remembers your name and treats you like you’re visiting a friend. Can’t say enough great things about this location!
Rockland Trust Bank is one of the best banks. Your money is safe, and the staff is always professional, friendly, and helpful. A special thanks to Rosa, who speaks multiple languages and is always willing to assist customers with kindness and patience. She makes every visit a great experience. I highly recommend Rockland Trust to anyone looking for a reliable bank with outstanding customer service!
The entire crew at this location is fantastic, I always have a great experience when I am at this location. In no particular order but if you get any of these employees you are in good hands, Yago, Rosangelis, John, Stephen and Emily. Rockland Trust got it right with this staff, their ability to communicate with customers and the chemistry of the staff.
Maybe it's because I don't have any other bank accounts to compare but I don't think it should be this difficult.
