The entire crew at this location is fantastic, I always have a great experience when I am at this location. In no particular order but if you get any of these employees you are in good hands, Yago, Rosangelis, John, Stephen and Emily. Rockland Trust got it right with this staff, their ability to communicate with customers and the chemistry of the staff.
Maybe it's because I don't have any other bank accounts to compare but I don't think it should be this difficult.
I am grateful for the service Rosangelis always gives me. Such great customer service and efficiency. Truly a great branch.
I've been a pretty happy and loyal customer of Rockland trust so this has nothing to do with their banking. I must say I was pressed for time today though and decided to go to the branch on Park Ave in Worcester. After work with not much time to spare. I figured I'd go to the one closest and make it before it closed. And wouldn't you know it on a random Wednesday in October there's a sign on the door that says this branch is closed at 4:30.
