All the lack of personal touch of a big bank with none of the benefits. Terrible app that makes no attempt to notify of account issues from the main page. Every other bank and credit card I use makes sure any problem is front and center as soon as I log in. Rockland trust, nadda, its prolly buried in some rockland trust letter that looks like yet another mail ad from them offering some service your better off getting from a bank that doesnt suck instead of on the app users actually use.
