Very Disappointing I agree with Susan. My order was incorrect more than once. They took grout from somebody else's order because mine couldn't be found...or was never ordered. They ordered sanded grout for the walls as well as the floor. They never answer the phone and calls are returned about as often as they get the orders correct. So many frustrations with Rockland Tile but I always gave the benefit & stayed cool while learning this lesson. I would never, ever do business there again.
SATISFIED CUSTOMER I beg to differ with Susan R. I just had my bathroom redone by Rockland Tile. The job was completed in 1 week. It came out excellent. The carpenter, tile person, and plumber all took pains to make sure everything was perfect. They were also pleasant to have around the house. I would definitely recommend them.
Rockland Tile, buyer beware Have used them for 2 separate jobs. Why I used them again after the first experience is beyond me (fool me once, shame on you. fool me twice, shame on me). There is so much to say here but not enough space to give the nitty gritty details. In short, they really have a problem of getting orders and job spec's correct. If you don't watch them like a hawk, the job will get screwed up. If you are budging time off of work in addition to the finances of the job, better keep a few extra vacation days han... read more
