Brought my ARGO XR500 for warranty in 2024 due to the ATV kept stalling... was charged for the service due to they found nothing wrong with it. claimed they counld not stall the ATV as claimed... and it stalled the very next outing in the trails. in short hey did not do anything!!!
I want to thank the gentleman who fixed my son’s bike today. My son (who is autistic) worked so hard to get the money to get his bike fixed. He was short on funds, but the guy didn’t charged him for his time. I’m a single mom of 5, and not getting any child support, and it means a lot to me. You just made my son’s summer better. THANK YOU !!!! I’m glad to know there is still good people in this world.
Very disappointing .. when we purchased our bikes which was a good amount we were very very very clear that the maintenance once a year needed to be at our house. Now that the time has come oh well their is an issue. We wouldn't of bought in Rockland but we only heard wonderful things and wanted to encourage a bilingual bus. That is all we have left is customer service in which u have failed. I will not be able to promote your bus anymore. Mario & Anik
