I recently purchased a gravel bike from Rockland Sports, and while the staff were initially friendly, I encountered several serious issues with the setup and tune-up that should not have occurred. As someone with years of cycling experience, I was shocked to find a loose handlebar, a poorly installed derailleur cable, and an unadjusted derailleur. Wanted to thank Pat and the folks at Rockland Sports/Rockland Hot Tubs. They have helped our keep my old one running,and now my new Beachcomber Hot Tub in tip top shape. Great service and everything needed to keep it running smoothly. This has given my wife and I many years of wonderful relaxation. Great family business.
