The Rockland Recovery house in Dorchester is actually a pretty good program so long as you don't lose your job and be behind on your rent or they'll toss you out in the cold like it's nothing. They did to me on January 17th 2025 now i'll be honest--i was behind on my rent quite a bit...but NOT ONE of the guys that run the house (I'm mainly referring to Eddie or Matt) came to me and tried talking to me like a real man does. The Rockland Recovery house in Dorchester has helped me to maintain sustainable recovery and has helped me in SOOO many other different ways for which I will eternally be grateful. This is NOT a flop house nor is it a Military camp either. It's the perfect blend of structure and being held accountable for your actions and a close knit family. They REALLY do care about you. John, Luke, Matt & Eddie...thank you from the bottom of my heart!!

This is a great sober house to get well. Rockland Recovery has personally helped me continue my recovery, taught me the steps has been a major factor in me changing my life for the good. The has good people an a good structure.

Thanks to the atmosphere in this house and the people at Rockland Recovery,I remain sober today and am a productive member of society.
