I attempted to become a new patient of Dr. Shah's and left three messages over three weeks requesting an appointment. None of my calls were returned. If Dr. Shah isn't accepting new patients, a simple phone call to inform me would have been appreciated. The lack of response is unprofessional.
Was there twice, and both times doctors are one funnier than another. I am shocked. Zero knowledge, zero interest to help. Don’t know about other doctors in this practice, but honestly going to find a new one.

Impossible to speak to anyone or get an appointment. All automated and they never return your messages for scheduling. Finally leaving for a new primary care. Parking was ample.
