From the front desk to the pharmacist , George and the accountant I have had very pleasant experiences . Natalie surprised me at my door to deliver my “invoice paid” receipt because Canada post strike . The pharmacy delivered my husband’s inhaler immediately as requested. Excellent customer service.
I don't mind this pharmacy. I do like the more personal touch and George and the majority of the staff are great. However, the older lady at the front needs to go. If we speak to her in English, she answers in French. If we don't have the prescription number, she gets frustrated. She forgets to fill prescriptions. She is slow as molasses. If our prescription isn't at the front, she sends us to the pharmacist counter to ask. That is not my job.
