Terrible rude and unprofessional I paid over $1000 for a deposit for a job to replace a faucet on my jacuzzi tub. I have no faucet because I was told that they need to break the tile around the tub in addition to the hole in my living room ceiling which was not enough to fix the problem. I refused that solution and I told them they can open the ceiling further in order to be able to access the plumbing.
