Excellent service every time I bring a vehicle to this dealership
Outstanding customer experience with the Service Advisors- Tim and Justin especially. Moved all 4 of my Nissan cars over to Rockland from a much closer dealership. Many pain points with Nissan itself but not this dealership.
I recently bought a Pathfinder at Rockland Nissan from Sergio and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. He was friendly, patient, and never pushy. He answered every question clearly, and helped me find the right trim for my budget and what my family needed. The whole process, test drive and paperwork, was smooth and straightforward.
