Meant to say the handicap spaces even if they are assigned to your apartment are solely for handicap people with placards or place you cannot just park there because you are visiting that tenant for whatever the reason maybe. ANYONE who has a placard or plate CAN park in this space it is not your space if another handicap person needs it and the space is not in use. If you do not have a placard or plate STAY OUT OF IT! IT IS THE LAW!!
The new director Margie is totally unprofessional yelled at me in the office because I asked a question she didn't want to hear. I filed a civil complaint with the justice department I am a disabled elderly person and will not tolerate being spoking to by anyone like that. People here need to stick up for themselves or they will be walked all over. She has knows nothing about the disability laws.
