They don’t care! They are unprofessional. Don’t ask questions because they will huff and puff because you made them work. Don’t stand up for yourself or they will put you at the bottom of the pile. They mow 2 maybe 3 times a year that’s all the maintenance they do. They hire people they know so they can keep getting away with doing nothing. They don’t give respect only expect it.
