They removed a fence and built a shed base for me. The fence was done correctly, no complaints there. The final product for patios/shed base these guys deliver is atrocious. Nothing lines up, multiple stones have wobble, cracked pavers and if you have materials on your property that belong to you they just might use it without consult. Ex: bags of top soil. I didn’t hire Rockland Fence for my fence installation — my neighbor did. During their project, part of my fence was accidentally damaged. However, Rockland Fence responded promptly, communicated clearly, and repaired the damage quickly and professionally. I’m very impressed with how they handled the situation and would highly recommend them based on this experience alone.
They completed a fence install for my neighbor and damaged my fence in the process. I’ve reached out to them for resolution, and I hope they take responsibility and repair the damage promptly. I’ll update this review once the issue is resolved.
I can attest to the fact that the owner, Mike, makes sure his customers are satisfied and the job is done to his standards. We had a minor issue we wanted corrected with our new fence. Mike assured us it would be fixed. When he stopped in to survey the final product, he found a few other minor details that he didn't like and instructed his employee to make it right. Absolute fantastic customer service. Thanks again for everything Mike!!
