Very helpful local credit union. Been banking at this institution for over 50 years since the early 1980s when I got my first job as a paperboy. My Mom consigned my first car loan here and I've gotten my mortgage and car loans here. Always been happy with service and the fact that you can talk to real people.

It's always nice to sit on hold for 5-10 minutes just to get hung up on. I've called 3 times this morning and every time got hung up on. Frustrating.
