Customer service line has very limited hours and bank does not adapt to new banking technology
Very helpful local credit union. Been banking at this institution for over 50 years since the early 1980s when I got my first job as a paperboy. My Mom consigned my first car loan here and I've gotten my mortgage and car loans here. Always been happy with service and the fact that you can talk to real people.
Cassie was a huge help, she deserves a raise!
