Very bad service. Brockton branch disappointed us. My family has a good relationship at the credit union but in future we will take our business elsewhere. Disappointed.
This bank is very horrible to their customers across the board if your doing business with them. They have their commercial's look like there for their customers and truly not for their customers at all. When it was Rockland Credit Union, they wasn't there for their customers at all and now changing their name to Arise Financial is even the same. Still a great credit union despite the recent name change. No fee accounts, excellent services
It's a very good credit union. I'll be interested to see what happens to see if the only thing that changes is their name.
