Hang up on you 9/10 times. Never pick up the phone. Said they mailed stuff but it never show up in mail. Never sent tracking info. Talk to you disrespectfully. Not being helpful. The people who work there are incompetent and careless and they’ll make your life a living hell. Seek other options if your mental health is important to you.

RFCU is the best bank in Massachusetts. I've had accounts at Bank of America, TD Bank, Citizens, Harborone over the 20 years, and have closed them all. I use to love Harborone (before they changed to a Bank of America Clone), but never even liked the other banks mentioned. I've had my RFCU account open for over 25 years, and still have it open today. Rockland Federal Credit Union still treats you like family and really cares about every single one of their customers. I love Rockland Federal Credit Union!
