Beware of the PROPOSED Treatment Plans! They are not optional! I was forced to have a procedure that I did not consent to and had to pay a lot of $ out of pocket for a 6-month cleaning and required to pay each time going forward. Zach, the receptionist is very rude and will scream at you and roll his eyes if you question anything! ZERO stars!!

The office and staff are very pleasant and helpful. Dr Basi is knowledgeable and very thorough. My husband had his greet and meet with him and really liked him, he explains and shows you your films and what is actually going on. I have an appt in april and I do not like going to the dentist but I believe Dr. Basi and his staff will make me feel comfortable.
