Best dental experience.!
I left feeling disrespected, distrusting Dr Bey, and without getting my procedure. I am overly sensitive to anesthesia. Dr Bey and I talked at length about how to proceed. I've had plenty of successful dental procedures when the doctor administered the anesthesia as I need. Dr Bey said he would but then he didn't do what we discussed. In fact, when I asked him to stop, he refused and kept injecting me. It was a bait and switch. Maddenig, and frustrating!
Wow, what a relief and a breath of fresh air experience. Most people would not be bragging about having a root canal surgery but Dr. Garry L. Bey DDS, made my experience pain-free. Linda was very helpful by assuring me that I would be well taken care of. The front desk staff are very welcoming and helpful. I would highly recommend this establishment. Rockland Endodontics is alright by me, and is located in Pearl River, NY.
Dr. Bey and his staff are incredible! From the first call to the office to make the appointment to the actual procedure the staff was kind compassionate and professional! Walking into the office you are met with the nicest staff who are welcoming and so sweet. Dr. Bey and his assistant Linda, were very reassuring and supportive. The procedure was virtually painless and the next day I felt great, pain free. I cannot thank Dr. Bey and his staff enough for their kindness and professionalism!
Dr. Bey completed a root canal on tooth no. 30. He made it possible to save a tooth that was infected. I could tell that he is definitely in the top 1% of endodontists in the USA. The tooth feels great and he was able to complteit despite me squirming in the chair a bit, he was very efficient. I texted my sister and told her she has to come here if she needs an endodontist. The office is very transparent with the payment process, unlike some other offices in the county. I highly recommend Dr. Bey.
