I had to do an emergency root canal and Dr Bey and his staff was wonderful and accommodating. The best root canal experience I had. Dr Bey is kind, friendly and compassionate. He takes the time to listen and explains everything. Linda is very kind. They are a staff that truly cares. Silena
I called this office seeking a simple answer about insurance coverage and whether there was a specialist they could recommend. Instead of getting a direct answer, I was kept on the phone for several minutes and ultimately told to call around myself. The issue isn't that they couldn't verify coverage. The issue is that no one seemed able to answer basic questions, provide guidance, or point me in the right direction. I left feeling disrespected, distrusting Dr Bey, and without getting my procedure. I am overly sensitive to anesthesia. Dr Bey and I talked at length about how to proceed. I've had plenty of successful dental procedures when the doctor administered the anesthesia as I need. Dr Bey said he would but then he didn't do what we discussed. In fact, when I asked him to stop, he refused and kept injecting me. It was a bait and switch. Maddenig, and frustrating!
Wow, what a relief and a breath of fresh air experience. Most people would not be bragging about having a root canal surgery but Dr. Garry L. Bey DDS, made my experience pain-free. Linda was very helpful by assuring me that I would be well taken care of. The front desk staff are very welcoming and helpful. I would highly recommend this establishment. Rockland Endodontics is alright by me, and is located in Pearl River, NY.
