ORU brings power to my home. Without them we would have no power. Too many haters. 5 stars, they have always done well for us and power outages happen. Always resolved quickly.
Not very reliable company. Power goes out even with good weather.
Has been horrible for over 20 years. We lose power when the weather is good!
When they put a new pole on my property, they left a lot of mud on my driveway. I asked the foreman if he was going to clean it up and he refused and cursed at me. I called up the office and complained. They said they would clean it up and a representative would check it out and contact me. I called the customer service number 3-4 times, was told the same thing, but nothing was done. A month later my driveway and the street is still a mess. They just don’t care.
These people are a bunch of crooks. They refuse to give me my final bill on a Friday instead want me to wait until Tuesday and pay for someone else’s electricity
