Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and clean. My family and I have found a 5 ⭐️ dentist with a great team.
I based my review on 1 phone call..i have not experienced an appointment. I called and asked if they accepted the Canadian Dental Care Program. I was told yes....except they do not do direct billing so I would have to pay for the appointment out of pocket and get reinbursed. I got a confirmation letter from Service Ontario concerbing my CDCP plan and it states in bold lettering to NOT PAY OUT OF POCKET. ONLY FEES THAT ARE NOT COVERED BY THE PLAN. YOU WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED BY THE CDCP...Seems shady they would claim to accept... read more
