We contracted Rockland County Handyman for home renovations, and initially Sean, the owner, was very friendly and treated us like family, but unfortunately Sean can no longer be trusted. The project oversight was lacking and numerous mistakes were made throughout the process. We hired Rockland Kitchen & Bath Renovation Co. to create a basement bathroom and man cave in New City, NY, and they absolutely nailed it. Had to call them numerous times after we scheduled an appointment for an estimate. They finally come out and I never received a quote, even though he said I would get the quote the following day. It’s been almost a week and I even emailed again, requesting the quote. If you can’t provide a quote in a timely manner, I have no faith in letting you handle my home repairs.
