Absolutely rude! I called just to ask if they had any lease specials. He said no, then asked what I wanted and said he could get it. I mentioned I’d seen a deal on a certain vehicle for a certain price, and instead of answering, he started interrogating me about where I saw it. I simply asked again to confirm if they had any deals so I wouldn’t waste time, and he snapped back, “I asked you a question.” Totally unnecessary attitude. Take your business elsewhere!
I leased a vehicle here three years and decided to lease another during the summer sales event. The experience and process was made simple and easy by my salesman Nick Nuccio. He took the time to answer my questions, responded to my inquiries in a timely and professional manner, making the whole process seamless. In addition the finance manager was a pleasant to work with. I bought a Certified Preowned Durango literally today and from when I tell you JR was the best sales rep I’ve ever dealt with !
