We just bought our new house and are first time septic owners. Something seemed to be wrong with the pump. Rita was so incredibly helpful over the phone in helping us diagnose the problem. It is such a surprise to have that level of customer service these days. They will get our business forever now.

I called a few times to get an estimate. But no answer.. did not allow me to leave a voicemail to be called back or offer any other form of communication/scheduling options. It's Monday so maybe they are busy and i will get a call back this week. Will update review if i hear back :)

I've used Rocklan for years for septic tank pumping. I also had to have an outlet baffle repaired and an inlet pipe replaced. Rita is always friendly, helpful and knowledgable. Jim (who did the repair) is above and beyond. This is a local business you can trust and depend on. They even offered to help me with advice if I wanted to do it myself!
