Amy Dyke deserves a promotion, raise, bonus, anything she wants. I have celiac disease and this event was the first event I've been able to eat at. I would not have lasted the grueling schedule and socializing if I hadn't been fueled properly. Not only did she make sure I had safe food to eat, she assigned employees to find my so I could focus on the event, and not be taken away to find food. I have never seen such a well run event before.
