They have a sign that states $99/hr. for labor, but when my laptop is there for 2 weeks almost, and it came out worse than what I took it in for, I don't think I should've had to pay that much, even though they tried. I took my laptop to Rockit in pieces. I had decided to repair it myself and once I got the computer apart, I couldn't get it all re-assembled. The guys at Rockit had it put back together and working the same afternoon.
