Wow Rockit Burger Bar - so disappointed in the customer service. A reserved table cancelation at noon the day of?! Is it the city or the fact that your outside TVs weren't showing the game last night based on the review I just read on your page? Not even a consolation prize of standing room entry - told its first come first served....come on Rockit Burger Bar #TryNotToSuck

Came here with some friends to watch Game 3 of The World Series. We had to pay $40 to get in. We were told this would be a viewing party. After an hour we were told that they would not be playing the game on the two tvs out on the patio. We were then told we could go into the bar at 7 to watch the game. Half an hour they changed the time from 7 to 8. We had to watch the game through the windows outside on the patip for an hour. Took our cover charge and told us we would enter bar at game time. Had to fight to get game on patio. Then told we would have to stay on patio and watch through window. Only after a near riot where we told we could come in at 8:00, hour after game started. Many refunds. Total example of trying to profit from fans at any cost. Unacceptable!

Came here because we wanted to watch the Cubs game and they had one of the lowest covers and I had heard that they were doing a viewing party. So we got there, saw they weren't full and paid the money to go in their covered patio(which was like, ok not the greatest but it works). Then we were told that we couldn't get the game on their two big TVs out there and would have to watch through the window to the tvs in the bar. Not cool. I had the Mac and CHEESE appetizer that was AMAZING, had some chicken in it and a little spice the flavor was OUTSTANDING! Also had a black Angus burger...that was cooked to order medium RARE..CAME EXACTLY HOW I ORDERED IT!! and fried were FANTASTIC as well. Will DEF. go back and recommend!!!! GREAT FOOD OVERALL!!! I'd go there even if there wasn't a CUBS GAME!!!
