I had a friend order a hat for me so that I could wear it for work. However, when he picked up the hat it was done incorrectly. The person apologized and said they would correct the issue on a new hat that they had ordered, but despite reaching out multiple times I have heard nothing back. Furthermore, they will no longer answer my calls directly.
