Fake name but real review. Was just happy I found out your service sucked before any money was handed over. I ended up at JAX tyres and those guys were surprisingly knowledgeable and for a great price.
A huge shout out to Dean and his crew for delivering the best service today, and for explaining the work done and issues i had with my tyres comprehensively. It was very refreshing to see someone demonstrating pride in thier experience, knoweledge and workmanship, and I left a very happy customer who now has 100% trust and confidence in their expertise. Thank you lads🙏
Let’s just say the Tyre Power Rocko team helped me out where a competitor had tried to take advantage. Sorted the issue (puncture repair) and got me on my way despite the fact it was at a cost detriment to the business. It was this willingness to assist (you know….. something called customer service that seems to be lacking nowadays) that has left an impression and I’ll be sure to return when the vehicle needs its next set of boots. Sometimes it can be the small things that win over customers and keeps them coming back.
Last minute these legends fit me in for a new Wheel fittment for the whole set. Helped me out and supports Veterans. Cheers! I'll be back. Great Service and customer communication
