We had conversation with the staff to come at 11am to see car and we had to drive 1 hour. As soon as we get there we asked staff come assist us, no one literally no one came and assissted in anything. After waiting for almost 30 mins we called again and the lady on other side told us that the car is already sold. Still no one came out to talk with us. We had to leave without any conversation or anything. We have never seen such bad customer service in our whole life.

I was always reasonably happy with KGM Rockingham until they stood me up twice in 2 weeks now not being able to replace my transmission oil. 2 appointments in 2 weeks and twice I had to learn after waiting for some time they didn't have the trans oil in stock. Very disappointing service.
