I cannot fault Dr Thura but the representation of his practice with the reception staff is the biggest let down. They are dressed like they are doing their housework, they are rude, I experienced a loud discussion between the apparent head receptionist and a client and I'm sure the entire building were aware of it. I was undercharged to begin with but there was no explanation - just the taking of my credit card and the back and forth until it was apparently correct. I’m going to put the same review as the other person who put a review from 8 months ago! All I can say is until now, the reception is terrible and you can never get hold of anyone! I’ve rang 8 times today with no answer and no return calls. Very frustrating!
