After being referred by my GP 3 visits and a couple thousand dollars later I'm no better off the doctor did nothing more than my GP has already done disappointed yes would not recommend them.
The doctors are excellent if you manage to get a response from the reception. They never answer the phone. Why tarnish such excellent doctors with poor reception? Update your system, you can do better. The ladies at reception are very polite but getting through is a bother
Why is it that there are no receptionists in at 9am in the morning when there are patients waiting and the open time in 8am? Many older patients cannot communicate over the phone so they rely on you guys being there to help them whn you are advertised as open??
Today I had my first appointment at RSC, I just want to say thankyou to the staff, they spoke to me with such kindness and were so helpful with any info I needed,absolutely grateful for your customer service (leanne) and the specialist Dr Thura actually took his time and did not just shove me out the door, he was kind, patient, and talked to me about everything I needed to know, I would recommend this specialist centre, thankyou for all your help today RSC
I'm sad that other people have had a bad experience here, but my experience was great. The reception ladies were welcoming and polite. Dr Rajanayagam the Neurologist I saw was so lovely. She took the time to listen and did a good examination. I would definitely recommend going.
