We had a bad experience at Rockingham RV. We paid $2200 to supply and fit a new Fiamma awning. The new awning fell off during our initial test. Rockingham RV reattached the awning and during the next test, we found a tear in the canvas of the awning and found the top corner of the caravan door was bent. I was advised by Jim to claim on our insurance as Rockingham RV was not liable for the damage. There goes our no claim bonus and $500 excess - not happy Jim!
Jim and the team were outstanding! We’d been given the heads up that these guys were thorough and we couldn’t have asked for better service. Travelling around Australia we had an ongoing issue with a hub heating up and the team at Rockingham RV got to the bottom of it and sorted the problem after a while swag of others had tried. Jim kept us up to speed the whole time, no bullshit good Aussie service. Thanks guys, will buy you a beer on the east coast some day. Tim
Cannot say enough nice things about and the people who work there! They have been nothing but helpful, complete the work to a high standard and take absolute pride in providing a good service to their customers. Another example of their amazing customer service is when you accidentally bump into someone who works there in the community, and they acutely know who you are! Definitely recommend them to everyone
Jim and Chris are amazing! Fixed our issue within 20 minutes and helped us get back on the road so we could make our way home to Brisbane. So grateful and cannot thank them enough! Highly recommended!
Came in with dc2dc issue. Solar hadn’t worked in 5 months and the alternator was no longer charging our batteries. 20mins of fault finding and Chris had fixed the issue of a loose earth cable and the boss refused to take any money for the fix. Absolute legends. Any rv issues make sure you come here first. Thanks again legends
