Buyers beware. These people are very good at talking! Sold us a new caravan that was actually an ex demo! Was not told this. Do not buy an Eagle! They are NOT made in Australia. They are made in China, assembled in Australia. Cheap and nasty!! Toilet pump was blown on collection? How, on a new van? Dents, broken things. Bed slept in but was told by owner that it "still has plastic on it, its still new"! Air conditioner leaked every time we used it. Took nearly 12 mths for Jim to finally fix! We dropped in this morning with a water leak which was creating big problems. To fix the leak Brandon had to do a fair bit of dismantling around the inside of the van. These guys went over and above to get us back on the road today. We could not be more thankful for not just the attention they paid to us but the down to earth way they approached the job and keeping us informed. These guys deserve 5 star ratings.
