Phoned up to self refer, ansaphone. Left message, 2 days later still no call. Phoned again, was told I would be sent a form. Despite calling & an email no form or call. Why would I waste my money on such a shoddy outfit??
Awful experience as I couldn’t simply reschedule my appointment, I was ignored, I tried to call they didn’t answer I asked them to call me back they didn’t get back to me. Total ignorance i never seen anywhere else before.
Absolutely disgraceful operation. Confirmed with text message and voicemail, missed a call and they cancelled the appointment without confirming with my partner.
Good clinical practitioners with focus on C.B.T. methods. Check out the website and speak to reception as clinicians have interest and focus on areas such as eating disorders, marriage, children/youth and so much more.
Natalie is the most wonderful lady and she is great with my 10 year old adores her.reception ladies are lovely. 5 stars
