The worst customer service EVER!!! We purchased a spa and had it retracted because the lady made an error, long story short, the spa we " settled with" we couldn't have at the same cost. Debra put a big song and dance on about our enquiry into consumer protection laws, and basically told us to F off and was even hard work about returning our deposit (which was the full amount of said spa we paid) Do yourself a Favour and do not use this company.
