After lots and lots of window shopping we settled on buying a new Triton and couldn't be happier with the whole buying experience at Rockingham Mitsubishi. Everyone was so helpful especially Luke Franchetti. He answered a million questions, was so polite, respectful and non pushy, we dealt with him over a period of weeks while waiting for exactly the build we wanted. As far as a dealership service centre goes, this is probably one of the few better ones! 1. They didn’t try to rip off an arm and a leg for fake add ons to a service and instead checked whether I actually wanted things done that were not necessary right now 2. They were transparent about issues and what the workaround was 3. Came to buy a new car their car park was full of their own cars so parked down the road, spent 15 minutes looking at cars never once was I approached, hardly any prices on cars, so ended up going to Toyota
