Absolutely terrible experience at Mitsubishi Rockingham. Do not bother getting your car serviced here. Yes technically he did a good car service, but I specially asked for 4 extra jobs to be done in the morning 7:30am. 4:30pm and none of them have been done! Unbelievable to think they didn’t even attempt to do any of the extra tasks. Then to be told I need a new timing belt at 4pm and needed to arrange appointment myself elsewhere. Ridiculous. Toby, in Parts, was super helpful and knew exactly what I was after, quickly sorting what else I needed and getting the parts organised as I was only passing through. I don’t know why I even went back to this shop. I normally bring my car to Melville Mitsubishi because that’s where I bought it. But since it’s a bit far from where I live, I decided to take it to Rockingham for regular service. The first time, they didn’t even clean the car, not even the engine. Since it was my first time, I just didn’t complain. But because of that, I went back to the Melville shop.
